By placing this order you, the parent, are giving Trudi Teren permission to photograph your child at their nominated centre for the sole purpose of creating an image for purchase by you, the parent. Your child's images are kept and stored locally by Trudi solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and are not shared or posted on any social media platforms or advertising mediums. Images files are held by Trudi in local storage (external hard drive) for up to 10 years, to allow for retrospective parent orders to be fulfilled. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the above at any time prior to the photo shoot, by contacting Trudi directly.
