If you are not happy with your order you can return your prints for a full refund.

Simply email us to let us know and bring your prints back to the centre.

By placing this order you, the parent, are giving Trudi Teren permission to photograph your child at their nominated centre for the sole purpose of creating an image for purchase by you, the parent.  Your child's images are kept and stored locally by Trudi solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and are not shared or posted on any social media platforms or advertising mediums.  Images are transferred to a local print lab using an Australian-owned, secure file sharing platform.  The image files are then printed and deleted by the print business owner, a trusted friend and colleague of 20 years who holds a current, valid blue card.  Images files are held by Trudi in local storage (external hard drive) for up to 10 years, to allow for retrospective parent orders to be fulfilled.  You have the right to withdraw your consent to the above at any time prior to the photo shoot, by contacting Trudi directly.
